The image above is one of my bestsellers at any event, now as mentioned before in my blog post, I do not give tutorials but it is my rendition of a peacock inspired necklace set. I learned to make this by following along a very talented designer on youtube. The name of the youtube channel is “Sonysree Creations Beading” and type in ‘herra peacock necklace tutorial ‘She has some amazing content so have your materials ready before checking out her video. For this piece I used my favorite beading thread of all time Fireline beading thread it is smooth and tangle free which makes a huge difference to your work. For The center beads you can improvise like I did by using any peacock themed color here I alternated blue and green but the navy blue sells just as well. Please be sure to use a size 12 beading needle you should get a few because sometimes they break or bend out of shape.To complete this necklace you will need size 11/0 seed beads. I like Toho beads for their uniformity but you can use other brands for this piece in the following colors gold,( baby blue or turquoise to line the center bead), navy blue, deep purple, light green and teal blue once again you can play around with the variation of blue greens once you stick to the peacock theme your piece will be stunning. Finally you need a clasp and extender chain
